Why am I doing this ???  Someone people may need to see,hear and feel comfortable about hypnosis and relaxation before they will be willing to take suggestions about how to be alert for controlling or becoming a victim in  situations to saying &quot;Yes&quot; instead of &quot;no&quot;.
